The club includes 18 hole golf course, tennis court, archery range, skeet range, shooting range, beach, trout pond, horse ridding stable, 5 usable lakes, and 10,000 acres of woodland. The forest is full of trails for all types of vehicles and is easily used for every type of hunting, horseback riding, fishing, and hiking. A large clubhouse is the center of social life with guest rooms, restaurant, and a banquet room that hosts club activities and the annual Ducks Unlimited Banquet. This home has a large kitchen with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen adjoins a spacious living area that is great for entertaining guests. The home has two bedrooms (one master), one bathroom, a laundry room, and a small one car garage with lots of cupboards for storage. The home is accented by new landscaping and a fresh coat of paint. The home sits on 4 lots that make up the end of a block and part of a very active deer trail. There is no lack of wildlife to admire from the patios including a family of fox, turkeys, birds, and deer. You are walking distance to the beach, clubhouse, and boat launch. This is a great vacation house or year round home with the joys of wildlife in a great neighborhood. The club has it's own website, which details the membership fees, but does not provide many pictures. The club is kept private by a gated entrance and security patrols. This has been our year round home and we are sad to leave this beautiful place due to new job location.
