This house was built in 1998 and is located in a new subdivision in Ithaca right across from the jr/sr. high school. The other schools are about 5-6 blocks away. We have a community pool, track and tennis courts one block away at the high school. There is also a community basketball court a couple of blocks away. We also have a cement pad in our back yard that we put in for a shed but we use as a basketball court 21' x 27'. This is an excellent neighborhood for children and adults both and everyone is very friendly. This house has brand new vinyl siding, new tile in the kitchen/dining room and foyer, and new flexitec flooring in both bathrooms that has a tile look without the cold and hardness. We also have a patio leading out the french doors to the backyard that is really nice and has colored stamping all the way around it the measurements are 20 x 26. The one end of it has a thicker cement because we have a hot tub on it, that is not included. But is ready for one. We also have a partially finished basement with a recreation room, workout room and a computer room. The basement is also postless and has 9' ceilings for a bigger feel. The unfinished part has plenty of storage and a workshop area. The garage is made a little deeper than most so you can put things in front of the vehicles which is nice. It is 24 x 24 with a lot of shelving built in across the top of the basement. Appliances included are refrigerator, range, microwave, garbage disposal and brand new dishwasher. This house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a large bathroom attached to it and has a nice sized walk in closet. (17'11" x 13'7") and the bathroom is (6'x9'2"). The 2nd bedroom has a big closet but no walk in the size is (10'10"x10'2"). The 3rd bedroom has a walk in closet and is (10'2"x9'11"). The living room is nice sized and is (21.3'x15.9'). The kitchen and dining room are separated by a bar and the measurements are kitchen (12'x8'5.5") and dining room (9'4"x12'). We have a pretty big city lot 1/2. the approximate size is 96'x230' and has several pine trees and a few hardwood trees.
