We were not getting real serious with selling until my son graduated which he did now in June, so we are ready to move to our farm in NC now so my Husband can retire. Therefore we reduced the price by 36k, however, if we do not get a contract on it by Aug 1st, we are listing with a realtor and the price will go back to 425k.
