Built in 1911 by Leopold Schmidt founder of the Olympia Brewing Co.  Three stories plus full basement.  Two arched open courts on the south side provide each of the rooms with a window.  Each floor served by an elevator and each room had hot and cold running water.  Great tourist locale, home of the old territorial prison, Montana auto museum and the Grant-Kohr's ranch.  Solid brick building located on main street needs restoration.  Potential retail space on street level and 50+ room capabilities.  Grants and tax credits may be available for this project.  Deer Lodge is a fast growing historical town alongside busy I-90.  Phone:  360-807-0898
