This condo sits in a very nice quiet neighborhood with mature grass, shrubs and trees and within walking distance to stores. This is an end unit with a large lawn area on the north side. It is a great location approximately 20 miles north of Lansing and 11 miles north of DeWitt and has a great school district with all new schools. There is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings over the main living area. Living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans. The front bedroom has a bay window and I use for a dinning room and den. There is a deck on the back of the unit with a burm and fence for privacy in the back and also a full basement. The hot water heater and garbage disposal were replaced in year 2005 and the sump pump 2006. The appliances, stove, refrigerator, and washer and dryer will stay. The building had a new roof in 2002.
