I have a beautiful townhouse in South Scottsdale, located on the green belt (huge park). It's minutes from the 101 freeway, ASU, Old Town Scottsdale, and many other great locations. It has two large bedrooms, one converted from a loft, and one with a small balcony, walk in closets, 2 full baths, fireplace, one car garage, gated spa and pool, and BBQ grills by the pool. It's about 1250 sqft. Recently put in a new oven, put new tile throughout the kitchen, bathrooms, and entry way, new large mirrors in the bathrooms, new blinds in the downstairs room and living room, and put in a new washing machine. I also repainted most of the walls. Please no smokers. I will pay all utilities except electric and cable. The condo has an HOA which keeps the area very clean, beautiful landscape, and the pool is cleaned once a week (and kept warm in the winter).
