This lovely, private home is nestled in the cul de sac in its own little world. The lot is one of the larger in the neighborhood with plenty of woods in front for privacy. Cypress pines have been planted along the driveway to create seclusion from the rest of the neighborhood. We've added some things to this house that the others don't have. There are 4 large recess lights in the main living room lighting it up beyond belief. It's on a dimmer as well. 2 large recess lights also illuminate the stairwell going up to the other bedrooms. Ceiling fans were installed upstairs as well. A couple other extras are the alarm system as well as the PestBan pest control system that runs through the walls to ensure the best bug control you can get. The backyard was sodded and cleared by owners.Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great place for kids. Sitting on the screened in porch you feel like your at mountain resort. Tranquil and calming breezes in the fall and spring are amazing out there. The keeping room is a great spot for friends and family to congregate when you entertain without them being in the kitchen and we know that's where they all want to be!
