The property and area abounds with hiking trails for wildlife watching that includes deer, bear, partridge, moose, geese, mallards, loons, bald eagles, hawks, owls and more. Large mouth and small mouth bass, pickerel, perch and salmon fishing in the lake outside the door. Trout stocked streams are a short drive from the camp for the fly fishing enthusiast. This pristine lake leads and connects to three other lakes for endless boat, canoe and kayak trips. Noise level is mostly from the loons, geese and bull frogs. The cabin is a 1 hour drive to The Saratoga Race Track, SPAC, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame and Turning Stone Golf and Resort Casino.
