This is a 1750 sq ft house with an oversized (length) detached garage. It has 3 bed/2 baths, utility room, new black energy star appliances (Sept. 09) that stay, a 17x8 front porch, 18x12 sunroom, 18x12 concrete patio and fenced backyard. Utility bill is only $90 a month (equalized payment) probably due to our having a heat pump.  We want to live closer to our kids or we wouldn't want to move.
