Gainesville, FL in an upscale gated community of 9 properties, each with a minimum of 5 acres, all fenced. This property is zoned for excellent public schools in Gainesville: Hidden Oak Elementary, Fort Clarke Middle School and Buchholtz High School. The Canterbury subdivision has many walking paths shaded by large trees. We are in a very quiet, serene and secluded area. The house is very bright and airy throughout.
