I've lived here about 10 years and it's a great place in a great location. My kids have grown and it's just more house than I need, otherwise I'd just stay. xa0 It's on a cul-de-sac and arranged such that you can barely tell you have neighbors. There is a stretch of woods behind the house and it's graded such that you don't have to worry about homes being built there. You can only see the street and houses behind during the winter when all of the trees are bare. Still, it's about 1/4 mile away. xa0 You can get on I-85, either at Jimmy Carter Blvd. or Indian Hill in ~15 minutes. A little less to get to 78 at Hugh Howell. xa0 I've had a lot of work done lately - including a brand new roof. Heating and AC are about 7 years old. Water heater is two years old and HUGE (perfect for teens!) xa0 The carpet in the living room, upstairs hall and 2 kids' bedrooms is in awful shape and I'm willing to negotiate on the price for a carpet allowance. I will get it replaced with something neutral if it seems necessary for a sale, but if you have preferences you might want to move on it.
