The neighborhood is very quiet and the majority of the neighbors are retired. You could not ask for better proximity to Barksdale AFB- I can usually get to work in 5 minutes or less. Our utilities are low year round and they rarely reach $175 during summer. Central Heating and Air works well and we have great shade from the beautiful tree in our front yard.
