| Description: |
This is country living at its' best. This is a new home surrounded by trees and a dramatic front rap-around porch. The home has been beautifully landscaped with a yard that is flat and would be great for kids or pets. It is located in a new subdivision with great neighbors. You will love the great room as you enter the house. It is 28 by 21 with a gas fireplace as the focal point. This room also has beautiful oak floors, chair rail, and crown molding. It is decorated in neutral colors. Did I forget to say that the great room opens into the kithen so mom can be involved in all the family activities while she is in the kitchen.
The kitchen has plenty of cherry cabnits, a pantry, ceramic tile on the floors and matching tile on the counter tops. All the appliances are black in color, as well as the kitchen sink. There is a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and a flat top stove with all the bells and wistles. The formal dining room also has hard wood floores to match the Great Room. The chair rail and crown molding continue through out the whole house. As you enter the house through the garage you will see a coat closet and a beautiful half bath and laundry room to your left.
As you come in the front door you will be welcomed by a two story entrance that is beautifully decorated. Going up the stairs you will love the open fill and the beautiful oak trim. The window box is also beautiful and the double windows add a great deal of light. There are three bedrooms upstairs that are spacious and painted in nuetral colors.
The kids have their own bath room upstairs with a tub shower combination and tile floors. Mom and dad have a beautiful master bath with a whirpool tub surrounded by beautiful tile and a large seperate shower. You will love the his and her vanity and the walk in closet. All the upstairs has beautiful neutral carpet except for the bathrooms that are tiled. The master bath has some really beuatiful tile work around the tub. The crown molding is a great addition to the upstairs as well.
The basement is three-forths finished with a large family room, a bedroom, and a storage room. The family rome is anchored by a corner fire place with a slate face and white mantle along with bourber carpet. We have a double car garage, a 12 by 16 out building, and a double concrete drive that set this home apart from others. I am in the military and the only reason we a saling this home is because we are moving.
I am very flexable concerning vacating the house.I plan on renting untile my orders run out. Please don't hesitate to call me on my cell phone if you have any questions about my home.
