The manufactured home is a 1999 model, in excellent condition, with city water, an important consideration in the surrounding area, since well water is not very good. It also has a cistern, which can be used as well, for watering plants, etc. The house has central heat and air and large windows which make it bright and very comfortable even without air conditioning most of the time.
