Norwood Ridge located on Mt. Gallant Road in Rock Hill is a four-phase development of approximately 150 new homes. Through the Rock Hill annexation and zoning process a Planned Unit Development (PUD) was created for Norwood Ridge which established construction and architectural standards for the entire neighborhood of new homes. These standards will inherently protect the neighborhood and ensure that quality design construction and property values are maintained. Some of these standards include brick fronts on at least one-half of the new homes in the development minimum square footages crawl spaces and garages as standard features.
