This house has a nice country atmosphere right on the edge of town.  I also have 2 additional buildings out back.....one is a boat shelter and the other is an enclosed storage. 4.9 acres is a nice piece of land this close to town and it has a 1/2 acre bottom field for planting also. The electric, water and gas bill combined only run an average of about $200/mth. Yes, thats a permantly mounted ....city-gas connected, grill next to the pool! The pool is 18x36 and had a new liner installed in 2005. I also installed a new moisture barrier under the house when we bought it in 2005. The house was appraised  by a local respected appraiser.......A must see house at a good price!
