This property is located 4 miles west of Jay Em, Wyoming on the old Ft. Laramie road, also 38 miles northwest of Torrington, Wyoming, 26 miles southwest of Lusk, Wyoming and 40 miles from the I50 near Gurnsey, Wyoming. This is a great property to raise a family and the school bus comes right to the driveway to take your kids to school in Lingle, Wyoming 27 miles to the south. We bought this place in 1994 and built it from the ground up, it now has mature windbreaks with Juniper, Pine and Blue spruce around the house and buildings.
