Description as follows: Welcme to my home! It is custom built. I bought the property and a year later built it. It is one of a kind. You will enter the house through double doors with a half wall looking into the family room. It is one large open family room, dining area and kitchen. As you walk through the dining room you can enter the backyard through french doors onto a large Gazebo, absolutely beautiful! The backyard is totally landscaped with a unique fountain. Two sides of the surrounding fence has been built on 3 ft. high concrete walls to prevent having to replace in the future. There is also an outside entrance through French Doors to the office/master bedroom. large windows look out into the backyard from the office area with an archway into the Master bedroom. Large master bathroom with shower. The Master bedroom has sliding mirror closet doors with California Closet, utilizing to the max the space. One very nice feature is a small free standing gas fireplace in one corner. The office flooring and walk area over to the hall door is Pergo. Office has built in desk and shelving. Every bedroom and the family room have Ceiling fan/Light combination which makes a major difference during winter or summer helping keep gas/electric expense down. Turn 90 degrees left from Master bedroom continue down the hall with the second bathroom on the left. It is a large bathroom with shower/bath combination. Just past the bathroom is another linen closet followed by laundry area behind folding doors and then a coat closet. Directly to the right of the coat closet is the entry way. You have now made a circle through the house out to the backyard than entering the Master bedroom and down the hall to the entrance. The family room has a large window looking to the front of the house with a free standing gas stove in the left corner. Large redwood entertainment center with lots of space. I used it for my slide/movie projector on one side and music on the other, TV sits in the middle and bookshelves above. I have since put in a Bose system with surround sound. Speakers in the Master bedroom with a remote control and speakers in the gazebo with remote control!! Fantastic sound. The kitchen has been freshly painted as well as the cabinets. There is a garden window above the sink. a pantry with lots of storage. The new dishwasher is a Fisher & Paykel Double Dishdrawer which is incredibly quiet. Flooring in the kitchen is a laminate. Double sink and a drop in stove/oven. The house has an open feel to it. The ceiling in the family/dining area is vaulted box beam redwood with two skylights. The Front yard and backyards are low maintenance. The front yard is lawn with roses along the west fence and a large hedge along the east side of the garage.
