We completed remodeling of our entire home on 2004. Each room was gutted and remodeled with drywall and plaster. The downstairs of the house is new oak hardwood floors and the bathroom has tile for flooring. The upstairs consists of two bedrooms. Throughout out the home we updated all plumbing, windows, appliances, added a new furnace, fencing for the backyard if you have animals or children and upgraded to 200AMP service. A small room is located off the kitchen which can be used as a food pantry or an office. Everything in the home is less than 4 years old. The lot is small but comfortable, perfect for a couple on the go. Takes about 15 minutes to tend to the yard. The home is located in a family friendly neighborhood on a dead end street, close to the Glacial Drumlin Trail and Rock River. The only thing that would need some TLC is the front porch which we had already received approval from the city to upgrade but due to outgrowing our home we'll leave the rest up to you...Location is great...35 minutes to Madison, 45 to minutes to Milwaukee and 1.5 hours to Chicago...
