We have been here almost 9 years and loved every minute, but are getting older and need to down size. This is a wonderful quiet place to live but close enough to some exciting places if the quiet gets to much. If you love nature and enjoy bird watching this is the place for you. Over the 9 years we have enjoyed whitetail deer, Gray and red squirrels, rabbits, ducks and birds of all kinds.
My absolute favorite is the beautiful mature bald eagle that soars over us a few times of year. You don't see him often but the times you do are amazing. We have blue birds, robins, cardinals, blue jays, red headed woodpeckers, swallows, hawks, Canadian geese, all kinds of song birds.
You really need to see our place. CALL 814 542 2196 OR EMAIL mastoner6083@verizon.net. Thanks folks for great open house. We have decided to take offers until Sept 1.
