All the small items that show up on a punch list have been corrected, although it's still covered under the new house warranty.  A number of items have been upgraded including newly resurfaced countertops, upgraded sink, under cabinet lighting, ceiling fans, improved lighting and dimmers. We had just retired and moved to South Carolina with the intention of building on the lake. That house is under construction so we're putting this one on the market. We have no pets or children and there's never been a smoker in the house. As one of those guys who can do just about anything, I've spent a lot of time and money improving and maintaining this house. It is very reasonably priced, actually $5,000 below the original asking price from D.R. Horton, and that was before the improvements and additions.
