Located off Barr Road in The Mill, a D.R. Horton subdivision, this house is less than a mile from The Country Club of Lexington. It's a perfect location for families with children as it's less than 3 miles from Pleasant Hill Elementary and Middle Schools, part of the highly rated Lexington 1 District. The street has cul-de-sacs on both ends so there's no through traffic and the back yard is fenced on three sides. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms and a loft or sitting area. The fourth bedroom is the very large FROG with it's own closet. We bought this house one year ago when it was new. We had just retired and moved to South Carolina with the intention of building on the lake. That house is under construction so we're putting this one on the market. We have no pets or children and there's never been a smoker in the house. As one of those guys who can do just about anything, I've spent a lot of time and money improving and maintaining this house. It is very reasonably priced, actually $5,000 below the original asking price from D.R. Horton, and that was before the improvements and additions. |
