This is a great place to spend your summers or live there. This cottage has been in our family since 1964. The beach and lake is right in front of the cottage. All you have to do is walk over to the beach. There is a membership if you want it. There is one in our family. The cottage has two differant decks. The living room, dining and kitchen all coming together. There are three bedrooms with two single beds in the hallway. These beds fit right in the hallway on the side of it. It was made for them. The master bedroom also has a sitting area with it. The living room has a very beautiful real mountain stone fireplace with heat ducts in it and it heats very nice when there is a fire in it. The cottage has oil hot air heat. There is a small shed out back also. The front yard has a lot of space to do what you want too. There is parking along the road or you can park in the yard, plenty of room. There are three parcels of land.Parcel #1 is a wooded lot in the back, Parcel #2 iswhere the cottage sets (which is the center one) andParcel #3 is the big front yard.
