Great place for rentals. I am looking for a lot in an agricultural area to set up a small hydroponic operation. Must be within 100 miles of Bradenton, give or take a few miles. Must be zoned for agriculture, I don't have any intention of building a residence. I will use my RV when staying there. Eventualy I will put a trailer there for hired hand to live. Land must be cleared and a decent road. Utilities are not necessary as long as the water table is not too deep for simple well.
