DIRECTIONS xa0FROM CLAY’s CORNER:
Drive past the Campbell Folk School on the left on Brasstown Road and turn left opposite the Blacksmith Shop onto Schoolhouse Lane.xa0xa0Schoolhouse Lane turns into Mason ROAD.xa0xa0Stay to the left on Mason ROAD, (do not turn right on Waldroup Lane).xa0xa0Continue until you reach Mason WAY on your right, a paved access road that goes up to the property at the top of the mountain.xa0xa0
The property begins when you get to the ridge and canxa0xa0see the view out into the valley at Lot 5 which is immediately on your right (the trees are cleared from lot 5 to allow for an appreciation of the view).xa0xa0Most of the land lies on the right as you drive along the ridge.xa0However, there are four ridge lots (15, 16, 17, 18) on the left as you drive along the paved road.xa0Hopefully the lots signs are still there to be seen to the left of the paved road as you drive along.xa0When you reach the two stone pillars on either side of the paved road, Lot 18 will be on the left before the stone pillars.xa0xa0There is a small gravel access road you can turn left into and drive up onto Lot 18, where it is possible to turn around at the end.xa0xa0(The view in front of the “Round House” is comparable to the view that will be available from the view lots when some of the trees are cleared below the paved road in front of lots 15, 16, 17 & 18.).
Just past the stone pillars is the “Round House” which isxa0xa0just past our Lot 18.xa0xa0Our property ends at the stone pillars of Brasstown Heights.xa0 xa0
There is also access to the lower part of the acreage and an additional number of lovely lots, if you decide to look closer at the property, we’ll give you instructions and I’ll ask a friend to show you around as it’s easy to drive to, once you know the way.
Thanks for your interest in this beautiful land.
With kind regards,
