Exterior: A unique feature of this condominium is that not only are you getting a new home but you are getting a large lot with many features of an estate that all the residents enjoy using. The barn is located in the heart of the Village Green residential area giving you a feeling of community rather than cookie cutter apartments like the rest of the condos in Iowa City. Maintenance of the grounds is done by a professional firm. They take care of everything from trimming trees, spring cleanup, fertilization, mowing to snow removal in the wintertime.
