The house is set in a quite neighborhood less than a block from the park. It is a great starter home or for those on a tight budget. The roof, furnace and AC coil were replaced in 2007. We also installed wood laminate flooring in the kitchen in the summer of 2007. A new water heater, sump pump, kitchen sink, faucet, garbage disposal, kitchen countertops, bathroom flooring, toilet, two outside hose bibbs and 3 ceiling fans were installed in 2006. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open floor plan with a 2 sided wood fireplace. The basement is ready to be finished including stud walls and in-floor heat. The walls are set to accomodate 2 bedrooms, utility/laundry room, storage area, family room with wood stove and a full bathroom where there is a 1-piece tub/shower whirlpool set in place. The stove and refridgerator were bought in 2006 and they stay with the house. There is a garden shed in the back yard and the yard is partially fenced in. It was a great home for us and we are sure that it will be a great home for you too.
