I paid $17,500.00 for this property in March 2007. In searching the properties for sale within the development you may find some for over $25,000 for comparable sized lot. These generally have a view. You may also find some for sale for under $10,000 but beware, I visited a lot of these and found, once I personally stood on the property, nearly all of these were in low lying areas with no view.
My lot at 457 Vivenda Rd. is sloped with most of the property leveled off with a tremendous view. You can see for miles with mountains in the far distance to the south and west. The driveway will be south facing. The property is located about 44 miles from Colorado Springs and is about 4 miles from Cripple Creek.
