It really is better than new. All the small items have been corrected, but it's still covered under the new house warranty. Resurfaced countertops, upgraded sink, under cabinet lighting, ceiling fans, improved lighting and a 16' x 12' Trex® deck were added along with outside speakers. Over 100 sq.ft. of storage shelving was added to the garage. There are separate heating/cooling units for upstairs and downstairs and an automatic irrigation system.
